2 Junior Key Account Managers

 

Job description

The Junior Key Account Manager is assigned to a portfolio of countries on which he/she works in a team guided by a more senior member of the commercial team.

The commercial team is currently directly reporting to the CEO of the company.

  • Key Account Management
    • Drive sales development in a portfolio of countries
      • Ensure dissemination of product knowledge in the market
      • Execute and follow-up marketing initiatives
      • Build positive dynamics with key accounts
      • Orchestrate the participation to local and international events
      • Drive digital initiatives (i.e. webinars, virtual congresses, remote detailing) together with local affiliates
    • Build and manage yearly OPEX and sales forecasts
  • Business Development
    • Identify candidate affiliate partners for the distribution of Moleac’s products in a portfolio of geographies
    • Conduct discussions up to formalization of distribution agreement
    • Work with Regulatory Affairs to drive listing of Moleac’s products in new countries

Initial training the new recruit will be trained on the company’s procedures, tools, and on the product clinical and scientific data. We expect significant personal efforts to ensure a rapid learning curve to enable him/her to be credible and relevant when driving product development or disseminating medical information in the markets with a variety of counterparts (i.e. affiliates management, sales force, healthcare professionals).

Travel: Significant time is to be spent on the assigned portfolio of countries. When the situation allows, travel load expectation is about 40-50%.

 

Profile of candidate:

The ideal candidate would

  • Have graduated from a first-tier business, engineering, pharmaceutical/biology school
  • Have 1-3 years relevant experience ideally in pharmaceutical, B2B or B2P
  • Be fluent in English (spoken, written), additional language would be a plus
  • Show high motivation to be given operational responsibilities and exposure
  • Possess:
    • Excellent communication skills, at ease with public speaking
    • Digital skills, able to navigate through existing tools and virtual platforms
    • Pre-existing international exposure / having lived or worked in several countries
    • Ability to work independently
  • Relevant prior experience / being familiar with the medical sector would be a strong plus

Motivation

  • The candidate should be prepared to be based in Singapore for at least 3 years
  • When the situation allows, travel load expectation is about 40-50%
